Tapioca-based Development
Mr. Cyril L. Cattiling – Yao Jia Xi Farm Manager and Industry Practitioner was
invited to be the lecturer on Cassava Benefits. He compared and contrasted the edible
from poisonous cassava. He answered different questions and even challenged the
cassava laborers (5 participants) to bring samples of stalks, tops/“uggot”, and roots of the
different varieties of cassava. Requirements are minutes of the meeting, set of elected
officers and members, resolution and project proposal.
