1.1.1.1.2. Generate,  develop,  verify  and  pilot  priority  technologies  and
                          agricultural enterprises that are economically feasible, socially acceptable
                          and environmentally sound.
                          1.1.1.1.3. Strengthen  and  establish  linkages  that  brace  research
                          capabilities from the local agencies, private organizations, at the national,
                          and if possible international level;
                          1.1.1.1.4. Promote  the publication and presentation of research outputs at
                          the local, regional, national and international levels;
                          1.1.1.1.5. Continuously link with instruction and extension and encourage
                          a  synergetic  relationship  geared  to  the  fulfillment  of  the  IFSU’s  vision,
                          mission and goals; and
                          1.1.1.1.6. Regularly  monitor  and  evaluate  researches  to  ensure  proper
                          implementation.

                       On  the  other  point  of  view,  the  college  officials  and  its  instructors  persistently
               encourage,  involve  and  permit  students  to  discover  their  potentials  in  conducting
               researches anchored on the college VMGO which has the primary objectives as follows;

                       The BSHRM graduates
                       1.    exemplifies  knowledge,  skills  and  personal  qualities  in  managing  hotel  and
                          restaurant enterprise;
                       2. adapts the emerging global trends in the hospitality industry;
                       3. manifests the ability in building national and international linkages and cultural
                          exchange; and
                       4. initiates entrepreneurial activities to generate income.
