V. PROVISION OF MATERIALS AND OTHER RESOURCES

Resources are counted as one of the elements of an organization. Aside from the financial
resources which we do consider one of the most need in implementing activities, the
college utilizes other resources such as human, material and information resources.
Human describes as the best assets that an organization has because of the wisdom,
skills, talents and behavior – where BSHRM/BSHM faculty, staff and students belong.

Aside from human we also have these material resources which are tangible and ready
to use for activity implementation. Human uses material resources efficiently and
responsibly to attain activity objectives and desired outputs. Information resources are
counted too in extending technical assistance and service. As it describes as the trust
and goodwill of the strong and competent human resources that the college has. Some
of the materials and resources used are the following:
