Report Illness For the safety of the staff, stay home if you are not feeling well or exhibiting
common symptoms of Covid-19 (e.g. fever, cough or shortness of breath).
If you become ill at work, must leave or unable to report to work, immediately inform your
Supervisor and Human Resources.
Absences of three (3) consecutive days require a doctor’s note to return to work on-
campus. The doctor’s release along with a Covid-19 test is required to return on campus.
Prior to returning, submit these documents to Human Resources for approval to return.
FT Employees – Paid time off benefits can be used unless exhausted.
Part-time Employees – Paid time off benefits are not extended.
Contractors – Paid time off benefits are not extended.
