EXISTING FURNITURE - STORAGE

Jalapeno to dismantle, remove and relocate furniture identified within existing

furniture schedule to Jalapeno Warehouse. If stored in Jalapeno warehouse,

we will provide free of charge storage for the items required for re-use in

the new Roche office refurbishment.

If Jalapeno warehouse is full or has space for only a % of the items, we would

need to consider a third-party warehouse facility. Jalapeno would retrieve

3 quotations for Roche to demonstrate best value and would manage the

process open book. Please see below estimated rates per CBM from one of

our preferred current warehouse partners as an example:

Storage AED 1.00/CBM/DAY (Packed & Palatized goods)

Handling in & out AED 30.00/CBM

LGP Fee AED 300.00

Gate Pass in& out AED 37.00/TRUCK

If required truck

3 ton truck AED 300/trip (dxb city Limits )

7 ton truck AED 550/trip (dxb city Limits )

The above rates are based on per CBM and exclude packaging that would need

to be procured and used to prepare all items for secure storage.

All such costs would be open book with Roche.
