Yasmin

Yasmin’s development has been gradual and since beginning of 2021 we have seen an improved performance in closed sales.

Yasmin will be taking on more responsibility with regards our marketing and development of sales. Together Yasmin and I are

working on strategies relative to client relationship development and targeting new contacts to ensure continued growth.

Growth / Resource

In order to grow we also need to review our current resource relative to staff. Currently we are exploring employment of a designat-

ed estimator to help relieve sales / design from quotations. It is important we all are involved in the commercial output to ensure ac-
curacy and understanding of our commercial position in the market. However, bringing on an additional Estimator will help remove

some of workload and free up our sales team to be out of the office meeting clients.
