OUR PIPELINE PROGRAMS
With our Pipeline Programs, students are
given the opportunity to pursue careers in medicine, healthcare, and science
— and a chance to eventually give back to the communities they came from,
breaking the cycle of health inequity.
We have served more than 4,000 students in these MSM We are funneling many of these bright students into
K-12 programs, our Undergraduate Health Sciences graduate and medical school while successfully
Academy, and other pipeline programs. About 99 percent of encouraging and inspiring them to practice in

OTHER PROGRAMS INCLUDE:
– MSM STEAM Academy for grades 4 through 8 and – Atlanta Sickle Cell Research Program, a summer
9 through 12 program in which students spend part of their research
engagement at MSM and part at Emory University
– Reach One Each One, which introduces
socioeconomically disadvantaged junior and senior high – Health Careers Opportunity Program, which
school students to the medical field through brings in high school students from BEST Academy
