HEAR FROM THE SCHOLARS:
Nicholas Martin
Rahway, NJ
MD Class of 2024
"Thank you for believing in me and investing in my future. I
promise you that I will become the best individual and
provider that I can to lift those around me as I climb. This
scholarship encourages me to succeed, knowing that
someone sees me for my character as well as the service
and compassion I strive to live by."
Ariane Wong
Marietta, GA
MD Class of 2024
"This recognition via scholarship does not go unnoticed and
will forever be a driving force in my medical journey with a
positive impact. I show my gratitude, by being involved in
the medical community and always giving back to my
community and providing healthcare to those in need. This
opportunity has provided me with confidence and further
motivation to pursue my passion with a positive and
enthusiastic mindset."
Emily Bullington
Woodstock, GA
MD Class of 2024
"Thank you for believing not only in my academic
capabilities but also in my desire to improve upon our
healthcare system. Thank you for putting your trust in me to
be a doctor willing to serve the underserved. I will not let
your generous gift and faith in me go to waste. Ths
scholarship is a big part of my success going forward and I
will be forever grateful for your generosity."
Lentz Lefevre
Huntington, NY
MS Class of 2021
"The realization of an education in biotechnology has further
shaped that trajectory and allowed me to continue to serve
my father, family, and countless others as a future
physician-scientist. I will always administer excellence in
health care and provide a legacy for others like me to one
day follow. Thank you."
Joshua Henderson
Austell, GA
MD Class of 2026
"This scholarship is TRULY life-changing. My mother is a
lunchroom worker at an elementary school and my father is
an electrician at a cardboard plant. While I’ve never gone
without during my life, my parents certainly cannot spare
money to help me pay for my education. This scholarship
removes a large burden of repaying my medical school
expenses every year, which is an immense relief. If I could
do one thing to thank scholarship donors it would be to
study as hard as possible and use my position as a future
physician to improve healthcare availability and quality for
my home state of Georgia."
