           • First, wash your spinach.                                                                                                                                                             • Two - Three bunches of fresh spinach

           • Dice up 1/4 cup shallot or white onion.                                                                                                                                               • 6 tbsp butter.


           • Shred 1/2 cup parmesan cheese.
                                                                                                                                                                                                   • 1/4 cup shallot ( 2 small or one large shallot )or
           • Smash and mince four garlic cloves.                                                                                                                                                   white onion.


           • Grab your medium-sized pan, and put your 4 tbsp of butter than 1 tbsp of flour. To thicken your butter mix.

              Start to roast your garlic and shallots for 2 minutes, then add your spinach; begin with one bunch and when
                                                                                                                                                                                                   • 1/4 tsp of red pepper flakes ( optional )
              that cooks down, add your other bunch because all of it won’t be able to fit at once
                                                                                                                                                                                                   • 1 tsp salt.
           • Once the spinach is cooked (this will take about 3 - 4 minutes ), place your cooked spinach in a strainer and


              move it around till all the excess water is out.                                                                                                                                     • 1 tsp pepper.

           • With that same pan ( make sure to pat dry ), add your 2 tbsp of butter and 1/4 cup of heavy cream.                                                                                    • 1 tsp garlic powder.


           • Let that come to a light bubble, then add your 4 oz of creamed cheese, and break that up with a spatula in
                                                                                                                                                                                                   • 1/4 cup heavy cream.
              the pan, so it melts faster. Then once melted, add 1/2 a cup of parmesan, mix and add your seasonings.
                                                                                                                                                                                                   • 4 oz creamed cheese.
           • Add 1 tsp garlic powder, 1 tsp salt, and 1 tsp pepper. If you’d like to add smoked paprika for a little spice,

              add as well.                                                                                                                                                                         • 1/2 cup fresh shredded parmesan cheese.


           • Taste for preference, add more seasoning to your liking if needed; if it tastes good, you’re good to serve!
