Ing edients
• First, you want you clean your pound of chicken with equal parts cold water and vinegar. Rub your chicken
thoroughly till water is clear. You can add two limes or lemon as well if you have one.
• One pound chicken tenderloins or chicken breasts.
• Once you're done washing your chicken, pat dry them thoroughly. If you need to remove any pieces of fat
• 1 tbsp yellow mustard or dijon mustard. ( optional )
or extra skin you don't want there, this is the time.
• 1 tbsp Franks red hot sauce or whichever hot sauce you
• Season your meat. Add 1 tbsp green seasoning/sofrito, 1 tbsp yellow mustard, 1 tbsp of Franks red hot

• After prepping your flour and egg wash, add 2 cups of vegetable oil to a medium-sized pan/pot.

• Set your heat to high and let that heat up to 350 Fahrenheit. After 10 - 15 minutes, it should be ready. To

Remove it onto a paper towel to drain the excess oil, let it cool down, and serve!

• First, add two eggs to a bowl and whisk it thoroughly.
• Add your 1 cup of buttermilk or whatever milk you have. • Two egg.
• Whisk together, then add your 1 tbsp Franks red hot. Whisk everything together. • One cup of buttermilk or whole milk or heavy cream.
• 1 tbsp of Franks red hot sauce. Or whatever hot sauce you
prefer.
