       • First, clean your chicken with equal parts cold water and vinegar. You could use apple cider vinegar or lemons as a

       • Season your flour with 1 tbsp Chef Bruja everything seasoning, 1/2 tbsp chicken bouillon, 1 tsp ground mustard, 1 tsp                                                                       • 1 tbsp green seasoning/sofrito.

       • Coat your chicken with the flour till it is all covered.

       • Heat your oil in a wide pot with 2 cups of oil until your heat reaches 350 degrees Fahrenheit.

       • Cook for approximately 10-13 minutes on each side, or 15 - 20 if your wings are large. At 165 degrees Fahrenheit, the                                                                      • 1 tsp ground mustard.

       • Once golden brown on each side and floating to the top of the oil, retrieve and set aside on a paper towel or cooling rack.

       • First, get a medium pan and cook your stick of butter or 8 tbsp of butter.                                                                                                                 • 8 oz all-purpose flour


       • Sauté your chopped garlic cloves on medium to low heat.                                                                                                                                    • 2 oz cornstarch.

       • Once the garlic starts browning, add your 3 tbsp of Chili Garlic Sauce.
                                                                                                                                                                                                    • 1 tbsp Chef Bruja everything seasoning.
       • Mix, add your tbsp of honey, tbsp of your Chef Bruja everything seasoning, or substitute that. Then get your bowl
