• Once it melts, add 1 tbsp of green seasoning/sofrito, one sprig of thyme, 2 tbsp minced garlic, and 1 tsp
Chef Bruja everything seasoning. Let that cook for 2 minutes.
• Add your 1/4 cup of chicken stock and mix.
• Add your salmon to the pan and begin to baste your salmon.
• Get your lemons and squeeze right over your salmon and baste again. Now let cool for 5 minutes and
serve!
• Garnish with parsley or lemon slices if you’d like.
