            UK Continuing Airworthiness (EU) 1321/2014

            This document consists of the UK Statutory Instruments (UK SI) and EU Commission Implementing Regulations
            (CIR), plus the associated EASA Executive Director Decision (EDD) in force and applicable on 31st December
            2020 (exit day).

            The following items of UK legislation have been applied to the EASA Continuing Airworthiness legislation:

            •   UK SI 2019 No. 645 The Aviation Safety (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019
            •   UK SI 2020 No. 1116 The Aviation Safety (Amendment) (EU Exit) Regulations 2020
            •   UK SI 2021 No. 1203 The Aviation Safety (Amendment) (No. 3) Regulations 2021
