UK TCO Third Country Operators
This document consists of the UK Statutory Instruments (UK SI) and EU Commission Implementing
Regulations (CIR), plus the associated EASA Executive Director Decisions (EDD) in force and applicable on
31st December 2020 (exit day).
The following items of UK legislation have been applied to the EASA TCO legislation:
• UK SI 2019 No. 645 The Aviation Safety (Amendment etc.) (EU Exit) Regulations 2019
The UK CAA have not published the supporting AMC and GM changes and are currently referring to the
applicable EASA Easy Access Rules for reference.
