NORDIC PURSUITS Uphill Skiing Clinics with Stevie Kremer
January 6, February 10 & March 3,
Test out your lungs on an uphill excursion on the mountain. Grab your
uphill skis (rentals available from The Alpineer) and earn your turns (and
Weekly Nordic Clinics beer). All levels are welcome! Meet at 4:15pm at the base of Red Lady
Nordic pass & gear is required (available through Lift.
Nordic Center)
All clinics meet at the Skyland Clubhouse Explore the Extremes with Mike Swan
Reservations required. January 14, February 7 & March 14
PSIA Certified Ski Instructor, Mike Swan will lead an extremes clinic
Classic Clinics-Tuesday focusing on helping Members advance in the extreme terrain in the
January 3.10,17, 24 & 31 famous Crested Butte Extremes.
February 7, 14, 21 & 28 Rerservations required.
March 7

Skate Ski Clinics-Thursday Irwin Cat Skiing
January 5,12,19 & 26 Dates To Be Determined
February 2,9,16, & 23 Join us for a day of Cat Skiing with Irwin Mountain Guides in Crested
March 2 & 9 Butte’s backyard. The day includes a breakfast, lunch and apres drinks to
end what will surely be an incredibly day.
Snowshoe Clinics-Wednesday Reservations required.

Helicopter Tour of the Gunnison Valley
December 28 (weather dependent)
Meet at the Gunnison Airport, jump on a 6 passenger plane to complete
Member-Only a horseshoe route through Teo-Castle Peak-Pyramid-Maroon Bells-
Capitol-Crystal-Paradise Divide-Ruby Range/Irwin-Anthracite Range-
Instruction Castles-Mill Creek- then return to Gunnison. Expect a 50min flight time.
Reservations required.
Our Ski Club Director, Mike Swan, has been
teaching all skill levels for 10+ years. Whether Private Helicopter Tours
you are new to skiing or have the dream Dates Upon Request
to master the extremes, Mike can help you Ever wanted to spend the day in Telluride or get a birds eye view of the

between 9:00am-3:00pm.

Gingerbread House Workshop
December 24, 2:00pm
Let your creative juices flow while putting together a gingerbread house
that is so good looking you won’t even want to eat it.
Reservations required. $25 per family.

Ski Scavenger Hunt
March 15, 1:00pm
See how well you know the mountain by following the clues and being
the first to find all the beads hidden throughout Crested Butte Mountain.

Trivia Nights
December 29 & March 16, 4:00pm
Give you brain a workout by joining us for a night of Trivia, cocktails, and
laughter. Play is complimentary.
