Greenroof Ecology is a mix that has a high percentage of herbaceous plant species. Meadowfoam is the primary component of this mix, adding fireworks to the wildflower display in the spring and fall. With over 80% of the mix consisting of wildflowers and forbs, this mix does extremely well in poor, shallow green roof soils. High drought tolerance and low synthetic fertilizer needs makes this mix is an excellent re-seeder.
