PEPPERMINT BROWNIES
1 15 ounce can black beans, drained, and rinsed
1⁄4 cup raw honey
1⁄4 cup coconut sugar
1⁄4 cup cocoa powder
1⁄2 teaspoon baking powder 1⁄4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup coconut oil
2 large eggs
3 drops Peppermint Vitality Optional:
chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Grease an 8x8" baking pan and set aside.
Combine all ingredients except eggs, chocolate chips, and Peppermint Vitality in blender.
Add eggs and blend a bit more.
Mix in Peppermint Vitality and chocolate chips before baking. Bake for about 25 minutes or until set on top and edges come away from the pan.
