YES, YES, YES! Let’s turn our can’ts into cans and our dreams into plans. A dream without a plan is just that, a dream. Let’s get those dreams set to plans and action steps.
Here are some tips and ideas from other leaders for growing and keeping you on track in your business. Good stuff!
Be the leader you want to have. ____________
Take every opportunity for growth available to you. Because of my little girl, we are home almost all of the time. I don’t have a lot of freedom. BUT. I can promise you that I wouldn’t have hit Si6 if I wouldn’t have dedicated myself
to Silver Bootcamp. There are SO many opportunities for self-growth here, and they’re available from the comfort of your home. Take advantage of every single one!
Be prepared to have moments (sometimes days)where you  nd yourself comparing yourself and your journey to everyone else’s... Just DON’T STAY THERE! You might see others with happier marriages, easier kids, more opportunity,
more support, more con dence, more talent, more creativity, more everything. So be it. Whether it’s imagined or factual, so much of
this biz is dependent upon our willingness to work through the tough crap in our own lives, being willing to take risks, love our people like no one else can, and understand and EMBRACE ourselves for WHO God made us to be and build from there.

Stacking! And the comp plan. And not to be embarrassed by my love
of the oils when others just didn’t understand their awesomeness! If they’re friends or related to someone on the team and you think they’d work well together, stack them
there (even if you’re supposed to
be building up your 4th leg) If the person is super special to you,
and you KNOW they need to be loved on HARD, put them under someone who is going to live up to that expectation. Don’t ONLY focus on where you need them, think about other factors & make the best possible decision for them AND you!!!

Kit sales aren’t the end all, be all. Sure they’re important for building your business initially, and adding new friends to this lifestyle here and there clearly is a good thing. But what is more important is getting those friends to fall in love with their oils, expand their collections outside of the kit (ahem ER!!!), and then replicating the cycle and getting them to help THEIR friends get started on this journey! If you’re not
a high-enroller, that is  ne. You can still rock this business hard!!! Focus on loving your team & educating them & showing them the value in this lifestyle.

Quit thinking about quitting. Just
be all in for goodness sake. You see the success that people are talking about, and you want it. So DO IT. Be all in. Even if it’s slow. BE ALL IN.

Pay attention to how quickly you’re enrolling people. & listen to them and their thoughts on the business.

If you have no problem selling 10 kits each month, then heavily focus on your two  rst legs. BUT if you sell one kit a month think about long term and getting 6 legs. You probably don’t want to be well on your way to platinum and barely have a 5th leg and literally no 6th leg because you were too focused on short term!
Send a personal email two weeks after your personally enrolled get their kits!!!! Ask them how they’re doing. What oil they love the most. If they’ve got a chance to go through
