Okay let’s take a look at commission payouts through the rank of Executive. The Kit Sale bonus and Fast Start bonuses are just that: BONUSES. You get those ON TOP of your “normal” commission.
So what is the “normal” commission? The “normal” commission is called Unilevel Commission. You start qualifying for this when you have at least 100PV monthly orders. When you order 100PV a month, you get the bonuses mentioned above AND the Unilevel commissions.

THE RISING STAR BONUS
Once you hit Executive this
bonus helps you structure your organization with a strong foundation. With this bonus you MUST be on ER and qualify with a 100 PV order. The legs that qualify you for this bonus MUST be on
ER and have a 100 PV ER order
as well. With this bonus you are earning shares based off the OGV of your legs.
Stars may qualify for 1 share, Senior Stars for 3 shares Executives for 6 shares.
If you have 3 legs at 300 OGV you get ONE share. If you have 3 legs at 300 OGV, and 2 legs at 500 OGV you get an ADDITIONAL TWO shares, making that a total of THREE shares. If you have 3 legs at 300 OGV, 2 legs at 500 OGV, and 2 legs at 1000 OGV you get an additional 3 shares making that SIX shares total. This bonus only applies to Executives and below.
