WHAT IS ER? ESSENTIAL REWARDS
ER is YL’s auto ship program or as I like to call it, a monthly subscription box. Let me explain! This is SOOO easy and not scary, I promise. If you LOVE your oils and you see yourself start to order new products or even the ones you may be running out of at this point, then I STRONGLY recommend looking into ER.
ER is different than just placing a quick order every month. You sign up for the program and commit to placing orders of 50PV each month BUT before you get nervous, here are the really cool things about ER.
You can literally cancel at ANYTIME! You’re not locked into a certain amount of months once you begin ER.
You can change the date AND items you get each month (Unless you want to order the same oils monthly then that’s totally okay too.
You get cheaper shipping
YOU EARN BACK FREE PRODUCT CREDITS!! What!?! And free gifts after being on ER for a certain amount of months. Like I said, if you’re planning on ordering more oils, this is de nitely a no-brainier! Free oils/products?! Yes please!
Each month you log in to your Virtual Of ce, and go to the Essential Rewards menu, pick the oils/products you want to order for the current month, choose your day, payment method, and shipping method, and hit con rm. Wait a few days and then those oils show up at your door.
Months 1-3 on ER Earn back 10% of the PV amount that you spend on your order
Months 4-20 earn back 20% of the PV amount that you spend on your order
Months 25+ earn back 25% of the PV amount that you spend on your order!!! I seriously love free stuff.
I have gotten a lot of ER credits through this program! And it’s been fun trying new products or buying gifts to give to friends and family. You only have to spend 50pv a month

Part of our team requirement is to be signed up for Essential Rewards (ER) to participate in the business. You don’t have to be on ER to share and sell the Young Living products, so don’t feel pressure there, but if you are signed up for ER, your upline (the person who signed you up) can stack people under you (again we will get to stacking on post 6)to help you grow your business. If you choose
to not sign up for ER, that is totally okay! Just know that your upline won’t stack under you at this time!
** Stacking is just a way of restructuring our downline to help our team members grow their business. This business is a team effort and when we stack under our business members not only does it help them, it helps us too. Win, win!
