tor, medical examiner, medical-surgical hospitalist, physician in am-
bulatory urgent pa ent care clinics and employees’ health clinic;
re red in 2016.
Military medical prac ce- U.S. Army Reserve MC- Medical Corps
Commissioned Officer with responsibili es as Anatomic Pathologist,
Field Surgeon and General Medical Officer.
Commissioned in Feb. 1984, as a Captain and worked as a
Pathologist, in the First Army Augmenta on Det. in Ft. Hamilton,
Brooklyn, NY; promoted to Major in 1988, to Lieutenant Colonel in
2002 and to Colonel in 2005.
Mobilized to ac ve duty in Opera on Joint Guardian, to Wurzburg,
Germany in Feb. 2002, as back-fill to ac ve soldier-doctors called to
serve in Kosovo; mobilized, in Opera on Enduring Freedom and Iraqi
Freedom, to Camp Shelby, Ha esburg, MS in May 2006.
Received mul ple awards including the Army Commenda on Med-
al and the Meritorious Service Medal.
Re red as a veteran a er 25 years of military service in March 2009.
