This quality, along with a demonstrated passion for what
we do, enables Shelden Architecture to consistently design
          buildings we’re proud of.

BUT DON’T JUST TAKE OUR WORD FOR IT,
          HEAR WHAT OTHERS ARE SAYING:

For empathy to even show up, it starts with listening. From
the very beginning we felt that the Shelden Architecture team
listened, not just to our people and their desires but to the broader
institutional direction desires for our project. They chose to listen
first. Collaboration is key in higher education. There are a lot of
people that need to speak into a project and everyone wants to be
heard. That was critical for us, the hiring of the team and also to
the process itself. We really liked how the process started overall,
with a lot of the stakeholders in the project, they felt heard. If we
didn’t do the broad part well in a collaborative way, the end project
wouldn’t have been the same, so it was really important that it
worked that way and we could navigate the process and make sure
              everyone was heard.
Shelden Architecture’s ability to take the broader group and work
very collaboratively, to hear and incorporate their ideas made it a
              very good process for us.

As a Builder I have enjoyed working with the Shelden Team and
appreciate their design skills, and I am equally impressed with
their collaborative nature with the construction agenda.
