FINDING SELF STAYING MOTIVATED

They often had a lot of questions and

found it difficult to understand as
they were comfortable as they are

where they are and could not

understand why I would want to

make changes in my life.

In fact they found it very difficult to
understand and tolerate and relate

with the person I became. They just

could not see me being any other

person than what they knew when I
was younger.

For many people it is difficult to see

another person after many years how

much they can change. They can only

see them as they knew them a long
time ago.

I practically fell on my head some

days to be honest! It was very

challenging and it got more

complicated the more people become
