Dear Xavier,
Heartfelt thanks for your leadership over these past years. I deeply appreciated your
support throughout my journey at IFC thus far, from my start as economist during the
pandemic to enabling me to move to Rabat for supporting the Annual Meetings. These
experiences have allowed me to develop both at the professional and personal level,
which I will always remember. Your presence will be greatly missed, but the impact of
your contributions will remain. Wishing you all the success in your future endeavors.
