Under Xavier ‘s leadership the AM23 planning and dynamic was
cheerful, well praised and unforgettable moments for the whole

IFC’s participants. You brought in very special way Morocco and
your cluster to a level where each of us filled privileged to have
been associated your outstanding achievement. Last but not
least you human heart has touched each action and interaction
you have nurtured to build the high standard ecosystem around
you including during the AM23. Having my last year surprised
birthday celebration organized by you and your team was a

privileged and I could not wish more to be with a colleague and
friend who is always caring for others. Your footprint is at the
top and only success and excellent health will fill the multiples
ahead.
