e) DETECTION OF ROBBERY CASE:-

On 13.07. 2020 the complainant of Sri Amir Khan S/o Babu
Khan, age:30 years, R/o Street.No.03, Badiyazid, Talapkatta,
Hyderabad, N/o BhabupurwaYahallo, Sehar, Khanpur, UP State
stating that, on 12.07.2020 at about 21.00 hrswhile he was
returning from work by crossing track in between YKA-HPG Rly
stations, suddenly some unknown persons attacked him on the
face and snatched away his 02 small mobiles and Rs.2000/- all
worth Rs.2,500/-.This was registered by GRP/KCG in Cr. No.
57/2020, U/s 384 IPC on. On receipt of information Sri. K.Laxmaiah SIPF/KCG,
Sri.J.Sudhakar, ASIPF/KCG and CPDS, CIB/HYB teams interacted with the victim and
collected the clues. Basing on the inputs on 18.07.2020 the CPDS/CIB team
apprehended 04 suspects at Talabkatta and Yakuthpura area namely 1) ShaikSohail @
KandeRao, S/o. ShiakBhadroddin, R/o. TalabKatta, Hyderabad (2) Syed Fiyaz @
Takkar, S/o. Syed AfzalLafi, R/o. Mohammed Nagar, YKA, HYB, (, (3) Md. Ismail @
Shapak, S/o. Saleem, R/o. Mohammed Nagar, YKA, HYB (4) MohdAzaruddin, S/o.
MohdYajullah, R/o. Mohammed Nagar, YKA, HYB who were involved in the above
crime and brought to post. Enquired them and prepared their history sheet and
forwarded to GRP/KCG with stolen property for further action. On 19.07.2020 GRP/KCG
arrested them and connected to the Cr. No. 57/2020, U/s 384 IPC and altered the
offence U/S 394.
