Salted pork trotters, also known as deep-fried pork trotters, is beloved for its strong salty flavour
and crispy skin. This dish originated in the 1970s and 1980s at restaurant in Xingcheng. It often at-
tracts dinners from other counties who came specially to taste and take away this delightful dish.
