            肉最为脆嫩鲜美 。

            In Changbu, Wuhua, steamed pig head is one of the traditional signature dish. Locals often enjoy
            it for breakfast, pairing it with rice and savoring the flavourful, peppery broth made from fresh pig
            head for breakfast, which is both delicious and filling. Pig head is a popular and affordable food,
            with the lean meat from the cheeks being particularly tender and tasty.
