鲢鱼寓意“连子连孙，财丁兴旺”。传统客家人敬神用的三牲中，鱼类通常选择鲢鱼。炸制
后的鲢鱼耐存放，食用时可复炸后淋上酸甜酱汁即可（底味为咸味）。
■ Dish Story
Silver carp symbolizes “continuity of generations and prosperity”. Among the three sacrificial items
in traditional Hakka offerings, silver carp is often the preferred one. Fried silver carp could be
stored for some time and can be reheated by frying again and topped with a sweet and sour sauce
(with its base flavour is savory).
