YBAM National Young Buddhist Leadership Training
Camp 2021 was held from 10 December to 13
December 2021. The 4D3N camp was conducted
through the Zoom online meeting platform and
attracted a total of 153 participants from 39 Buddhist
organisations. The participants were all youth
from various Buddhist organisations or committee
members of secondary school Buddhist societies.
The objectives of this training camp were to improve
the leadership quality of the Young Buddhist
Fellowship (YBF) members and strengthen their faith
in learning the Dharma. In addition, the organiser
also hoped to cultivate their religious sentiment,
promote the spirit and mission of the YBF, provide a
platform for exchange of ideas and mutual learning,
and establish a network of young Buddhists. The
