Paying Tribute to Venerable Jing Yao

马佛青前往台湾台北土城慈法禅寺向已经舍报的中国佛教会理事长
净耀法师致意，感恩法师对于马佛青长期的关怀。

净耀法师是成立台湾中华佛教青年会（中佛青）的主要推手。在
1990年5月25日至27日召开的马佛青第十届全国代表大会就在宏印法师

和净耀法师的出席下见证了中佛青和马佛青缔结为兄弟会。双会至今仍
然保持良好互动和关系。净耀法师也十分关心马佛青的发展，身体力行
地给予马佛青支持。

马佛青由总会长杨桂荣、总秘书邹翔源和全国理事黄建荣代表出席。

YBAM went to Cifa Temple in Tucheng, Taipei, Taiwan to pay tribute to the late
President of The Buddhist Association of the Republic of China (BAROC) Venerable Jing
Yao, expressing their gratitude for his long term take for YBAM.

Venerable Jing Yao was the main promoter of the establishment of the Chinese
Young Buddhist Association (CYBA). At the 10th YBAM Biennial National Convention
held from 25 to 27 May 1990, the establishment of a brotherhood between CYBA and
YBAM was witnessed by the Venerable Hong Yin and Venerable Jing Yao who were
present. The two associations still maintain good interactions and relations. Venerable
Jing Yao was also very concerned about the development of YBAM and provided
unwavering support to YBAM.

YBAM was represented by President Bro. Yong Kuei
Yoong, General Secretary Bro. Eow Shiang Yen, and National
Council member Bro. Wong Kian Yong.
