澄清马来西亚佛教界人士没有参与

“佛教皈依弟子护国宣言：守护台湾，抵抗强权”联署

马来西亚佛教青年总会（马佛青）通过此文告澄清马来西亚佛教界人士
没有参与日前由中台湾教授协会／云林公民行动联盟为执行单位的“佛教皈
依弟子护国宣言：守护台湾，抵抗强权”的联署。马佛青也呼吁联署谷歌表
格的管理员尽快对于表格的联署程序和名单做出相关的调整，以避免因有心
人士盗用名字而附上法律责任。
目前在该联署谷歌表格的联署人名单（https://docs.google.com/forms/d

/1DJ4W4T_klfOZkICIR16iQ0YgNtxMyhmUzOEvbzm2IiI/viewform?edit_requested=
true）列出了不少马来西亚佛教界的法师和居士。在名单内的法师和居士并
没有参与这联署，而是他们的名字被盗用和显示在该谷歌表格。

虽然该谷歌表格的第一项已经注明“是否知悉盗用他人身份填写,皆属触
法之行为,负有刑事责任”，马佛青希望该谷歌表格的管理员能检讨现有审查
联署是否真实的机制，以避免他人名字被盗用和负上法律责任的风险。马佛
青也促请该谷歌表格的管理员在24小时内将这信函和证实没有参与联署的最
新名单提到的名字从联署表格内的名单移除，以避免相应的法律程序的启动。

Taiwan, Resisting Oppression’

The Young Buddhist Association of Malaysia (YBAM) issues this
statement to clarify that Malaysian Buddhist figures did not participate in
the petition ‘Buddhist Disciples' Declaration to Protect the Nation:
Safeguarding Taiwan, Resisting Oppression’, which was initiated by the
Central Taiwan Professors Association / Yunlin Civic Action Alliance. YBAM
also urges the administrators of the petition's Google Form to promptly
review and rectify the petition process and the list of signatories to prevent
any misuse of names that may lead to legal consequences.
