为梅县白宫的一道特色菜肴。这道菜也可裹上面糊炸制后成上桌品尝。麻方和豆方为梅县甜
味小食，与膘油完美结合，成就了这一道独特风味的菜肴。

■ Dish Story
Crystal Pork gets its name from its translucent and glistening appearance. The rich pork fat, after
being marinated in sugar and liquor, becomes pleasantly sweet and delectable dish. It is a specialty
dish of Meixian’s Bai Gong This dish can also be served after being coated in batter and deep-fried.
Sesame cakes and bean cakes are traditional sweet snacks from Meixian, perfectly complement
the pork fat, creating a unique and flavourful delicacy.
