            “企”在客家话是“站立”的意思,“锅边企”形象地描写了肉丸黏在锅沿边上,而不是指
            人站在锅边制作。牛斗猪,即牛肉与猪肉搭配,是兴宁地区的传统烹饪特色。


            ■ Dish Story
            In Hakka dialect, “企” (“qi”) means “standing”. “Wok-edge standing” refers to the meatballs sticking
            to the edge of the wok, not to someone standing by the stove. “Cow meets pig” indicates a mixture
            of beef and pork, which is a characteristic of traditional Xingning cuisine.
