            酿豆腐是客家三大名菜之一,以五华县华城镇出产的为最佳,主要特色是“肥、咸、烧”。
            客家地区均有酿豆腐制作,五华酿豆腐被誉为行业标杆。紫金辣椒酱则源自与梅州相连的河
            源市紫金县,采用辣椒、蒜头等为原料,咸辣口味。

            ■ Dish Story
            Stuffed tofu is one of the three signature Hakka cuisine, with the best version found in Huacheng
            Town, Wuhua Coounty. Wuhua stuffed tofu is widely regarded as the industry standard, known for
            its “rich, salty and roasted” characteristics. Stuffed tofu is made throughout the Hakka region, but
            Wuhua’s version is widely regarded as the benchmark in the industry. Zijin chili sauce, produced
            in Zijin County of Heyuan City, which borders Meizhou, is made from chili peppers, garlic and other
            ingredients, offering a savory and spicy taste.
