厨师尤其擅长用榄角蒸河鲜，风味独特，深受食客喜爱。

■ Dish Story
Olive paste is a speciality of Liuhuang, made from fresh olives, galangal and salt, crushed in a stone
mortar to produce a fragrant, salty and spicy paste. Liuhuang is located near the Han River, an
area rich in freshwater fish. Locals enjoy cooking freshwater fish with olive paste to create unique
dishes. Chefs in Meicheng are skilled at steaming freshwater fish with using olive paste , adding a
distinctive flavour that has become a favorite among dinners.
