■ 名菜故事
            旧时,红焖肉是逢年过节才能享用的珍馐。人们常用祭拜祖先和神明后的大块猪肉来制作红
            焖肉。大小适中的整块猪肉是制作红焖肉的不二选择。客家人操办喜事时,红焖肉更是不可
            缺少的压轴佳肴之一,颜色红润,寓意红红火火,幸福美满。

            ■ Dish Story
            In the past, red-braised pork could only be enjoyed during festivals occasions and was offered as
            a tribute to ancestors and deities.  Large pieces of pork were the best choice for making this dish.
            For Hakka people, red-braised pork is an essential celebratory dish, often featured as the finale
            dish.  Its vibrant red colour symbolizes prosperity, happiness and a flourishing life.
