Burial Packages

We offer these service packages for your convenience. These packages are offered at a discount from the itemized
prices and are based upon the casket purchase made at SHEPARD. Because of the discount offered, these packages
would not be available if the casket is purchased elsewhere. You may choose additional services not included in the
packages, such as limousines or motorcycle escorts, and the charges for the additional services will be made according
to the itemized prices on our General Price List. You may elect not to use a specific service included in a package,
however, we are not able to remove the itemized price from the already discounted package.

All Burial Packages include the “Standard Professional Burial Services”, which are as follows:

 Basic Services of Funeral Director & Staff & Overhead  Transfer of Remains to Funeral Home
• Personnel available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year to respond to • Personnel available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, within a 35

Full Service: Visitation, Funeral, and Cemetery Service ................................. $5,590

 Use of facilities, staff and equipment for visitation (please see page 2 for more Visitation details)
• Up to six (6) hours the night before funeral service or up to three (3) hours on the same day as funeral service
 Use of facilities, staff and equipment for funeral service (please see page 2 for more Funeral Service details)
 Use of equipment and staff for graveside or cemetery chapel service at a local cemetery
 Memorial Package (register book, prayer cards, thank you cards, memorial candle, poster boards)

Visitation, Evening Funeral, and Cemetery Service .......................................... $5,790
Includes all of the services shown in the Full Service package above, except:
 A $200 charge is added for the funeral service being held in the evening (at 3:00 pm or later)

Visitation and Funeral without Cemetery Service ............................................. $5,490
Includes all of the services shown in the Full Service package above, except:
 Reduced charge when there is no procession to cemetery nor service at cemetery (only FH staff goes to cemetery)

Visitation with Cemetery Service .................................................................................. $5,290
Includes all of the services shown in the Full Service package above, except:
 Reduced charge when not having a funeral service in conjunction with the visitation

Visitation without Cemetery Service .......................................................................... $5,190
Includes all of the services shown in the Full Service package above, except:
 Reduced charge when not having a funeral service in conjunction with the visitation
 Reduced charge when there is no procession to cemetery nor service at cemetery (only FH staff goes to cemetery)

 Reduced charge when there is no public visitation, funeral service nor memorial package
 Family allowed up to 30 minutes for a private viewing at the funeral home prior to processing to the cemetery
