The Buddha’s advice
Dhamma, the Law Of Nature

Karma is nature’s law of cause and effect by which each individual
creates his own destiny by his thoughts, words and deeds.
The Buddha taught that karmic action has intention as a heir
– and that the intentional quality of actions determines their
results: whether they lead to well-being or to suffering.

I am the owner of my actions, heir to my actions, born of my
actions, related through my actions, and live dependent on my
actions. Whatever I do, for good or for evil, to that will I fall heir.
