Language Assistance Services
The Claims Administrator provides free language services to help you communicate with us. The Claims
Administrator offers interpreters, letters in other languages, and letters in other formats like large print. To
get help, please call 1-866-633-2446, or the toll-free member phone number listed on your health plan ID
card TTY 711. The Claims Administrator is available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. ET.
