Sick Leave


              Employees  receive  twelve  sick  days  per
              year,  which  begin  accruing  immediately
              upon  hire.  Employees  can  also  convert
              unused sick leave to vacation leave at the
              end of the year at a ratio of 2 sick hours to

              1 vacation hour.










             Parental Leave


             At TXM, we see our employee’s family as an extension of our own

             TXM family. As a Best Place for Working Parents, we support our
             employees  in  starting  or  growing  their  family  and  we’re  proud  to

             offer a paid parental leave benefit.





                                                               Employees  who  qualify  for

                                                               FMLA leave may take up to 10
                                                               days of paid parental leave for

                                                               the birth or adoption of a child.
