             to set aside pretax money to pay for eligible

             healthcare  and  dependent  care  expenses
             within the calendar year.


                    •  Medical FSAs can be  used to pay for eligible  expenses

                        such as doctor copays, prescriptions and contact lenses.

                    •  Dependent care FSAs can be used to be reimbursed for

                        qualifying child care and elder care expenses.
