Student Loan Resources
We've partnered with Vault student loan
services to help our employees manage
and optimize their student loan repayment
options. Once a year, we also provide the
opportunity to convert up to two weeks of
unused vacation time to pay towards their
student loan.
Student Loans and Saving for Retirement (New for 2024)
Texas Mutual will provide a matching contribution to the retirement
plan based on qualified student loan payments you make in lieu of
you making an employee contribution.
Tuition Reimbursement
Employees may be reimbursed for tuition and books after successful
completion of certain undergraduate college courses that are related
to their current job assignment or career path.
Continuing Education / Certifications
Texas Mutual also pays for continuing education expenses related to
job assignments or career paths.
