The dental plan is also through UnitedHealthcare.
Preventative care is covered at 100%. The plan pays
80% towards basic care and 50% towards major care,
after a $50 deductible. The annual maximum is $2,000.
Orthodontia benefits are also available for eligible
children.

At Texas Mutual, our goal is to live well. Our LiveWell program is
designed to support all aspects of wellness, including physical and
financial health, mental health and nutritional health. Our wellness
program includes financial participation incentives, health and
wellness challenges, free virtual fitness classes and free gym access
at all of our locations.
