We began producing cheese by hand over 50 years ago, with nothing more than a dream, some family recipes and the will to create fine handcrafted cheese.
Nothing has changed; our appetite to create the finest cheeses motivates everything we do. We are still producing handcrafted cheese daily, using the freshest ingredients, and 100% Canadian milk. Products like Bocconicini, Ricotta, Fior di Latte and Fresh Mozzarella among many others, are made in our factory in Toronto by our Cheese Masters who ensure that the quality of our cheese remains unequalled.
