Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be
baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus
Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall

receive the gift of the Holy Ghost. Acts 2:38 KJV

Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your
sins may be blotted out, when the times of

refreshing shall come from the presence of the
Lord; And he shall send Jesus Christ, which before
was preached unto you: Acts 3:19 KJV

Praying to the Father in Jesus Christ’s Name and
                                Confessing Sin.

The “Our Father” prayer says so much. We can see that Christ
asked us to pray to the Father. We also see that we ask the
Father to “forgive us our debts,” so we know that we are to
confess our sins directly to God. If we at some point “confess
[our] faults one to another, and pray one for another, that

[we] may be healed,” (James 5:16 KJV) then that is biblical
for healing, but we still confess our sins directly to God. We
also see that we are to pray that His “will be done in earth,”
and that He wants to deliver us from walking into temptation

                                and evil.

After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father
which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. Thy

kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is
in heaven. Give us this day our daily bread. And
