Step 3: meeting
We offer a flexible service. This means that you can meet at our office,
or we can come to you at a time and place that is more convenient. We
offer appointments that may be outside of business hours, as well as on
the weekend.
Our customers
It sounds so impersonal to call our clients customers, as our Finance
Managers work so closely with every client that they soon develop a
strong relationship with them.
This means that many of our clients feel they can trust their personal
Finance Manager to look after their needs.
We work very hard to gain and continue to keep this trust. We believe
that this will build long term relationships rather than a one-off sale.
Our mission statement
It is our vision to be the best Financial Service provider in Australia. To
deliver a superior service, in a friendly and courteous manner to our
valued customers, with our main aim being their financial well-being.
We will emphasize building strong long term customer and lender
relationships to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction.
