TYPHOID FEVER
•Once one has been infected ,he or she can spread it to
others through fecal-oral route.
•If you eat food that has been handled by someone who has
typhoid fever and who hasn’t washed his/her hands carefully
after using the toilet, you can also become infected.
•The disease is spread through contaminated food and
water which are infected with fecal matter of the typhoid
carrier.
•Even washing fruits and vegetables can spread the disease
if contaminated water is used.
