The N-XTC Synt. Coat Finish 3D is a waterbased emulsion - mixture of inorganic
and organic ingredients with silicon resin and surfactants that bonds to the N-XTC
Sync. Quartz 4D Coat Top – Finish. It will also ad a silky smooth feel for a period
of 6 months on the N-XTC Sync. Quartz 4D Coat.
