Hotel Pans
We use hotel pans to cool and store food that will be served from the steam table and/ or the Expo cooler.
The largest pan that we carry is called a full pan.
Additional pans are named based off their size in comparison to the full pan.
Each of the pans listed on
this page come in a
variety of depths. We
carry 2.5”, 4” and 6”.
